Custom machines
A machine for your part — and its twin before we build it.
The MC-1 is designed as a parametric model: travel, table, spindle and structure are inputs, and the drawings, bill of materials and the digital twin are outputs. So a custom machine starts as a twin you can run your own programs on.
We generate the design variant and check it: collisions, stiffness, travel, switch positions.
You receive the variant’s twin in Studio and run your programs on it before you order.
We make, assemble and calibrate the machine, and measure it to ISO 230-2.
The machine ships with its measured twin profile and report.

Pricing
A design fee from $1,500 covers the variant and its twin; it is credited in full when you order the machine.
