Example parts

Fifteen programs, run to the end and measured.

Each example is plain G-code for the MC-1 with its blank, tools and design part. In Studio it loads ready to run: blank in the vise, tools in the table, zero set. The numbers below are what the twin reported.

How they were checked: every program ran in Studio with the closed-loop drive model; the finished workpiece was compared with the design part at 0.02 mm, and cross-checked with the open-source simulator CAMotics (97.7–100 % of cells identical; the differences are drill points, which CAMotics does not model). Studio's optimizer then made each program 0.2–8.1 % faster with the part unchanged — see “Optimizer” under “What it shows”.

Run them yourself.

Every example is built into Studio: choose it from the Examples menu and press cycle start.
